Our Philosophy – Radical thinking. Practical application.
Our founder began with a simple challenge: what if the “absolute” aerodynamic limitations of propulsion were not absolute after all? By stepping outside conventional assumptions, DeltaBurn turned a century-old problem into an elegant solution.

Propulsion Aerodynamics; Re-defined.
For 150 years, aviation has accepted propulsion inefficiencies as unavoidable. DeltaBurn overturns that belief. We apply practical aerodynamics to problems once considered absolute, unlocking performance and efficiency gains in turboprops, helicopters, and turbofan engines alike.

The result is simple: the same thrust at up to one-third less fuel flow, lower engine stress, and a cleaner environmental footprint — all from a rapid retrofit.

Our Approach – Simple physics; Profound results.
Every pilot knows that lift and drag are constantly managed on the wings and tail of an aircraft. DeltaBurn applies the same principle to the propeller and fan disk. By reshaping blade aerodynamics in ways traditional turbomachinery design systems cannot, we step neatly around the limits baked into conventional software and design practices.

We do not alter the core of the engine. Power can come from a rubber band, piston, turboprop, or turbofan — we are agnostic. Our modification reduces the power required to produce a given thrust from an aerodynamic propulsion disk. Lower shaft power means lower fuel burn, lower EGT/ITT, and longer engine life. This is not a theoretical concept. It is flight-tested, lab-verified, and repeatable.

Why It Matters – Engines perform worst when aircraft perform best.
Conventional propellers and fans give their peak performance at zero forward speed. The moment brakes are released, efficiency declines as altitude and Mach number rise.

Delta Burn reverses that paradigm. Our technology improves relative efficiency at higher speeds and altitudes compared to the standard system.

Turboprops and turbofans see lower power demand at takeoff & cruise, cooler engines, and quieter operation. Turbofans gain higher bypass efficiency, improved thrust-specific fuel consumption, and reduced emissions. Helicopters, subject all to themselves!

The Technical Edge – Respecting the rules, avoiding the limits.
For turbomachinery specialists: DeltaBurn does not break any aerodynamic laws that have governed design for a century; instead, we avoid the assumptions that have imposed ceilings on efficiency.

On the blade itself, circulation and lift distribution are subtly altered. In the bypass flow, downstream of the fan, a sequence of changes compounds into a surprising outcome — a sleight of hand card trick. What was once thought impossible is now practical, repeatable, and certifiable.

Proof, Not Theory – Ground tested. Flight tested. Certification in progress.
Delta Burn has demonstrated the effects in controlled testing, ground test runs on turboprops and turbofans, and full flight test programs across multiple aircraft types. Demonstration has been conducted observed by certification verification engineers, and engine OEM program managers.

Results are consistent: fuel burn reductions of up to one-third without loss of thrust. Importantly, these gains are achieved without exotic materials, new cores, or high-risk redesign. This is a retrofit solution ready for today’s fleet. Certification of the first products is underway.

Environmental and Economic Impact – Sustainability that pays for itself.
DeltaBurn is both an operational and environmental breakthrough. Airlines and operators can cut costs immediately while contributing to global decarbonization goals.

Fuel savings of up to 33% reduction at equal thrust. CO₂ and NOₓ reduction directly proportional to fuel burn reduction. Engine health improved through lower operating temperatures, lower stresses, and extended service life. Return on investment measured in months, not years. This is not future promise — it is technology available today.

We do not make a claim of what the technology may do, we are committed to letting the data speak for itself. Our founder is not prepared to state a value less than what we get in testing.

“the technology gets the value it gets; we do not have a technology that gets less, it is what it is, on the engines that we have tested, we are not going to mislead the industry by stating a value that is either above or below what it is. It is what it is, the engineers will just have to revisit some theory”.

We believe the future of aviation lies not only in new engines or alternative fuels, but in making the existing fleet dramatically more efficient. With DeltaBurn, that future is possible now.

DeltaBurn: the future of propulsion, flying today.
The largest single step in propulsion efficiency since the advent of powered flight is here. Tested, demonstrated; ready to cut costs and emissions across the global fleet, with certification underway.
